El primer jamón con Denominación de Origen Protegida en España e incluido por la Unión Europea en la lista de productos europeos de especial calidad. Tanto el jamón como la paleta, se someten a un cuidado proceso de curación y maduración en el ventilado y seco clima turolense. Y así sale lo que sale: perniles y paletas majestuosos, finos, aromáticos y saludables. Cada uno, un tesoro identificado por una estrella mudéjar. Sólo olerlo, alimenta.
